Change Post Sentiment
Ferretly assigns sentiment on every post, including web/news. The face icon on the bottom right of a post shows negative, neutral, or positive.
Use this guide when the automatic sentiment looks wrong during redress. For definitions and scoring context, see Understanding Sentiment Indicators.

Step 2: Change the sentiment icon
Select Posts and find the post.
Click the face icon in the bottom right of the post.
Click again to cycle negative → neutral → positive (order as shown in product) until the correct sentiment appears.
The change saves automatically.
