The following guide will walk you through configuring your Fountain system to work with Ferretly such that you can order social media reports and receive the reports via the Fountain system. This works via an integration Ferretly provides for our partners which have active subscriptions with us.
Add Ferretly Stage to Workflow
In order to integrate Ferretly to Fountain, you must first add a new stage in Fountain to your workflow. Please see Fountain's online documentation about adding stages by clicking the link below.

Add Data Collection Fields
In order to capture social media profiles and other pertinent data for identity resolution you will need to add custom fields to Fountain. The inputs for these fields will provided directly by the candidate questionnaire sent from Fountain automatically.
