Step 1: Overview
This guide walks you through configuring Accio to work with Ferretly so you can order social media reports and receive them through Accio. Ferretly provides this integration for partners with active subscriptions.

Step 2: Prerequisites
- Active Ferretly and Accio accounts
- From Ferretly:
- Remote account name (Ferretly Organization ID)
- Remote username (Ferretly account email)
- Remote password (Ferretly API key)
- Ability to locate your Accio post back URL and email it to Ferretly

Step 3: Add Ferretly as supplier
Sign in to Accio.
Go to Operations → Vendors & Work Queues → Add/Edit vendors and work queues.
Select Add an Accio XML integrated supplier from the dropdown.
Enter:
Field | Value |
|---|---|
--- | --- |
Vendor name | |
Remote account name | Your Ferretly Organization ID |
Remote username | Your Ferretly account email |
Remote password | Your Ferretly API key |
URL to send orders to | |
Send subject’s phone number and email in order XML | YES |

Continue → Step 4

Step 4: Set Accio profile
Ferretly supports one or more report profiles used when running a social media check. By default, the Ferretly user account tied to the credentials has a default report profile assigned on subject creation. That profile can be edited for keywords, behaviors, report language, and more.
To use dynamic profiles via Accio (a profile other than the Ferretly default):
In Accio, go to Operations → Site Customization → Site Setup.
Expand Vendor Configuration → Accio Integrated.
Find Ferretly Profile.
The Accio profile is a static value the CRA can set. It is not selectable during order entry, but it can be set at global, account, or package levels.

---
Step 5: Provide Ferretly with your Accio post back URL
The post back URL is your unique hyperlink Ferretly uses to post reports back to Accio in XML format. It appears at the bottom of the page when entering supplier data (step 3)—a bold bullet similar to:
https://someclient.com/c/p/researcherxml
The hostname portion is unique to each client.
Copy your post back URL.
Email it to your Ferretly contact.
Ferretly engineering completes configuration of the integration.
