Download Post(s)
The Posts page in Ferretly holds all of a subject’s posts from the social media platforms associated with your subject. You have the option to download one or more posts from Ferretly in either Word, PDF, or Excel format. We’ll go over the different ways you can download this information.
Locate Post(s)
First select Posts in the left navigation. The button may appear as a grid icon depending on your screen size.
Find the post(s) you want to download.
Download an Individual Post to PDF
Select Multiple Posts
Generate Report for Selected Post(s)
Generated Report for Current View Posts
Download Excel of Post Metadata
Download an Individual Post to PDF
Click the social media icon for the post in the top right corner. This might be a bird for twitter, camera for instagram, etc.
In the dropdown select Download Post to PDF. A PDF file of the post will download to your device. You will be able to see all of the relevant information that visible in your dashboard.
Select Multiple Posts
To select more than one post, hit the Ctrl key and click all of the relevant posts. Selected posts will have a blue border.
When you’ve selected all the posts, click the down arrow icon in the top right.
