Download Post(s)
The Posts page holds posts retrieved for a subject’s associated profiles (and web/news when enabled). You can export:
A single post PDF
A Word or PDF package of selected posts or the current filtered view
An Excel file of post metadata for the subject

Step 2: Locate posts
Select Posts in the left navigation (grid icon on smaller screens).

Step 3: Download one post as PDF
Click the post’s social media icon (top right of the card).
Select Download Post to PDF.
Save the PDF—content matches what is visible for that post in the dashboard.

Step 4: Download selected or current-view reports
### Select multiple posts
Hold Ctrl and click posts (selected posts show a blue border).
Click the down arrow download icon (top right).
Choose an option:
Option | Result |

Currently selected posts | Word or PDF package of the multi-selected posts only |
All posts based on the chosen view | Word or PDF package of everything matching current filters |
Click Continue, choose Word or PDF, then Download.

Click the down arrow download icon on Posts.
Choose Post metadata.
Click Download.
