Manage User Permissions
User permissions control who can see subjects, reassign ownership, download others’ reports, and perform admin tasks.

Step 2: Open Manage Users
Click your username in the top right.
Select My Account.
Click the pencil icon for Manage Users.
Find the user in the list.

Step 3: Set permissions
Under the Menu column, click the three dots. Toggle permissions as needed:

Allow access to all subjects in organization | See subjects other users added | Only subjects the user adds or that are assigned to them |
Allow subject assignment | Must keep ownership of subjects they add | |
Allow download of reports for all subjects | Download reports for subjects owned by others | Download only for subjects they own |
Click a permission to add or remove the checkmark.

Step 4: Reassign organization admin
There is a single organization admin transfer path:
Find the target user.
Under Menu, click the three dots.
Select Make Admin.
Read the warning—you will no longer perform organization admin functions if you transfer your admin privileges.
Click Confirm to complete the reassignment.

[ ] If you transferred admin, the new admin can open Manage Users and billing
