Owner Background Report

The Owner Background Report is an Excel export of social media checks organized by subject owner (the user who owns or added the subject). Use it for operational oversight: who ran work, for which subjects, and when.

When to use it

• Credit and volume review by owner

• Audit of checks in a date range

• Hand-offs when reassigning ownership or cleaning inactive users
