Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step after your password. It is optional. You can receive codes from a third-party authenticator app or by SMS text message. Both options are configured under My Account.
Prerequisites
You can sign in to Ferretly
For app-based 2FA: an authenticator app installed (for example Google Authenticator, Authy, or Duo)
For SMS: a phone number that can receive SMS

Step 2: Open Secure My Account
Click your username in the top right.
Select My Account.
Click the pencil icon for Secure My Account.

Step 3: Choose app or SMS
In the window that opens, choose one:
Set up 2FA using third party security app — six-digit codes from an authenticator app
Set up 2FA using SMS text message — six-digit codes by text
Click Continue.
