Subject Data Retention Settings
As an admin, you can choose how long the data for subjects, posts, and reports are kept.
Click your username in the top right. In the dropdown, select My Account.
On the My Account page, scroll to the bottom and click the plus sign for Data Retention.
In the dropdown, select the period of time you would like data to be kept. When you’re done, click Save to keep your changes.
