Supported Identification Documents
When you add a new subject, Ferretly supports document upload and OCR. Ferretly extracts key information from the document and populates subject properties.

Document types
Different documents can support a subject’s identity. Ferretly works with driver’s licenses, passports, and visas from most countries. You can also drop a social media profile URL such as LinkedIn URL (linkedin.com/in/…) on the name field when you add a subject to fill the subject, as you can with a resume. Company and school LinkedIn URLs are rejected under the name field.
Language support for documents
OCR supports over 200 languages, including English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Polish, Indonesian, and Hindi.
