Tag a Post
Post tags label individual posts so you can organize them and find them later with search and filters.
You will:
Open the post
Add one or more tags
Edit or remove tags as needed

Step 2: Locate posts
Select Posts in the left navigation (grid icon on smaller screens).
Find the post(s) to tag.

Step 3: Add tags
If the post has no tags yet:
Click the post’s social media icon (top right of the card).
Select Tag Post.
In Post Tags, click Add Tag, type the tag, and press Enter.
Repeat for additional tags.
Click Close when done.

Step 4: Edit or remove tags
Hover the tag icon (bottom right of the post) to preview tags.
Click the tag icon to open the tag window.
Click X next to a tag to remove it.
Type in Add Tag and press Enter to add more.

Step 5: What happens next
Tags are available for search/filter immediately.
Tagged posts can be included in filtered exports (Download Post(s)).
