Step 1: Overview
This guide walks you through configuring TazWorks to work with Ferretly so you can order social media reports and receive them through TazWorks. Ferretly provides this integration for partners with active subscriptions.

Step 2: Prerequisites
- Active Ferretly account and API key
- Active TazWorks account with admin access to vendors and interface settings
- From Ferretly, obtain:
- Remote account name
- Remote username
- Remote password
- Confirm Ferretly is enabled on the backend with TazWorks support
If you lack an account or API key, contact Ferretly.

Step 3: Manage interface settings
Sign in to TazWorks.
Go to Admin → Vendors → Manage Interface Settings.
Confirm Ferretly is enabled on the backend with TazWorks support.
On the Data Providers tab, enter the Ferretly credentials (remote account name, username, password).

Step 4: Manage vendors
Set up Ferretly as a vendor in TazWorks:
Go to Admin → Vendors → Manage Vendors.
Click Add new vendor.
Enter basic vendor information, then click Save.
Open the Searches tab. Use the searches dropdown and select all searches that apply to the vendor.
For each search, choose Embedded Interface.
Select the provider from the Data Provider dropdown.
Click Save.

Step 5: Manage vendor routing
Go to Admin → Vendors → Manage Vendor Routing.
Choose the search type Ferretly supports: Social.
Click Add.
Select the Ferretly vendor configured in the previous step.
Click Save.
