Archive a Subject
Archiving keeps core subject data while removing subjects from the default active list. Use it to declutter without deleting the subject record.
When you archive a subject:
Continuous Screening stops for that subject
Users must filter Archived Subjects to find them
Non-flagged posts are removed
Flagged posts, subject properties, associated profiles, and background reports are retained
You can archive one subject or many at once.

On Subjects, click the three vertical dots (top left).

Step 5: What happens next
Active list is cleaner; continuous screening is off for archived subjects.
Reports and flagged content remain available when you open archived subjects.
Unarchive only if you need the subject active again; plan a new check if you need full post inventory restored.
