Assign Subjects to Analysts
Assigning a subject to an analyst means the analyst will perform identify resolution (locate the subject’s social media profiles), run the social background check and then review the flagged posts to create a report (redress). You can assign subjects to analysts when you add a subject or to an existing subject. We'll go over both in this article.
Assign a Subject to an Analyst
When you have Analyst Assistance, new subjects are automatically assigned to an analyst when they are submitted. Subjects will have a status of Analyst Queued while a Ferretly analyst reviews the subject information.
Assign an Analyst to an Existing Subject
You can assign analysts to existing subjects individually or in bulk.
First access existing subjects by clicking Subjects in the left navigation. The button may appear as a person icon depending on your screen size.
Find the subject(s) you want to assign.
To assign an individual subject, click the three dots to the right of the subject and click Assign Subject in the dropdown.
To assign multiple subjects at once, use the checkboxes to select all applicable subjects. In the top right, click the assign icon.
The Assign Subject(s) window will open. Click the Ferretly Analyst radio button.
When you’re done click Assign in the bottom right corner.
