Download Reports

You can quickly download reports for one or more Ferretly subjects at once. You’ll have the option to download the following reports:

Subject Summary Report
Subject Profile Report
Social Media Report
Subject Detail Report
Owner Background Reports (only available if you are the admin of the Ferretly account)
You can only download a background report on subjects that you have already run at least one social media check on. Some report options may only be available to the Organization Administrator.

Step 1: Locate Subjects

First select Subjects in the left navigation. The button may appear as a person icon depending on your screen size.

Find the subject(s) you want to update.

Use the checkboxes to select one or more subjects. In the top right, click the down arrow icon, this is the Download button.

The Download Options window will open. Select the report you would like to download and click Continue.

You’ll see a preview of the report you selected, click Download to start the download.
