Refresh Reports
After you redress posts or change post attributes (for example sentiment or flags), refresh the subject’s reports so downloads and on-screen insights match your latest work.
Refresh updates
Behaviors, score, sentiment, and word cloud recalculated from current post data
Social media background report regenerated
Report format / presentation changes from Settings → Report Settings (for example report color)
Changes to flagging, sentiment, and add/remove of a web post
Refresh does not replace a re-run

Prerequisites
A check has already completed for the subject
You have permission to work with that subject

Step 2: Find the subject
Select Subjects in the left navigation (person icon on smaller screens).
Find the subject(s) whose reports you want to update.

Step 3: Refresh the report
On the subject row, click the three dots on the far right.
Select Refresh Report.
Ferretly recalculates behaviors, score, sentiment, and word cloud, and regenerates the background report package.
