Social Media Report
The Social Media Report (also called the social media background report) is the primary PDF package for a subject after a social media check. It combines identity and profile context, optional insights, and flagged posts so reviewers can work from one document.
What drives the contents
The report profile used when the check ran (flags, keywords, history window, platforms, analysis options)
Report format settings on that profile (which pages and sections to include)
Whether posts were redressed or attributes changed after the run
How you receive it
Path | What you see |
|---|---|
--- | --- |
You run checks yourself | Review flagged posts for accuracy, adjust flags or sentiment as needed, then refresh the report so the PDF matches your latest review. |
Analyst Assistant | You typically receive the report after a Ferretly analyst redresses flagged posts and marks the subject Redressed. A green check badge on the subject indicates human review. |
To download the report for one or more subjects, see Download Reports.
