Usage and Billing
As an admin you can easily view the number of credits used and the number remaining for your organization’s account. A credit is required to run a report or search which is performed on a subject. In order to run background checks in Ferretly, you must have at least one available credit. Credits can be added at any time.
You can view previous and upcoming bills as well as change payment methods when managing your credits.
Access Usage and Billing Settings
Click your username in the top right. In the dropdown, select My Account.
On the My Account page, scroll to the View Usage and Manage Billing section.
In the section, you will see a notice of how many credits you currently have left.
Click the pencil icon in order to:
View Credits and Add More
Change Payment Method
View and Download Invoices
View Credits and Add More
The Report Credit Utilization page tells you the number of credits remaining for your organization. You can also see the number of credits used and a count of how many credits you have remaining.
From this page, you can add credits and manage your billing preferences.
Change Payment Method
To update your payment method click on the blue credit card icon under Account and Billing, or click on Manage Billing button.
