Understanding the Organization Dashboard
The organization dashboard shows usage and performance for your entire organization—not a single subject. Typical content includes key metrics, usage over time, and aggregate behavioral makeup.
For one person’s analytics (behavior makeup, word cloud, sentiment, OCEAN, web/news), use the subject dashboard.

Step 2: Layout map
# | Region | What it’s for |
|---|---|---|
--- | --- | --- |
1 | Time frame + export | Choose Day / Week / Month / Quarter / Year; download the current view |
2 | Key metrics | Volume, turnaround, flags, average score, queue |
3 | Usage over time | Activity for the selected period |
4 | Behavioral makeup | Aggregate flags across subjects |
---
Step 3: Choose a time frame (region 1)
Key metrics depend on the time frame control (typically upper right).
Time frame | Comparison |
|---|---|
--- | --- |
Day (default) | Past 30 days vs prior 30-day period |
Week | Current week vs prior week |
Month | Current month vs prior month |
Quarter | Current quarter vs prior quarter |
Year | Current year vs prior year |
Change the dropdown to refresh metrics for that period.
---
Step 4: Read the key metrics (region 2)
Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
--- | --- |
Total subjects | Subjects run in the selected time frame |
Turnaround time | Average time from submission to redressed in the time frame |
Flagged posts | Total posts flagged for one or more behaviors |
Average score | Average of subject scores in the time frame |
Queued subjects | Subjects submitted to analysts and not yet redressed |
---
Step 5: Charts and export (regions 3–4 and 1)
Usage over time and behavioral makeup charts summarize activity and flags for the selected period. Use them to spot volume spikes or shifts in flag mix—not to evaluate a single hire.
To export the dashboard as currently filtered, click the download icon on the page navigation bar. The file reflects the time frame you are viewing.
---
Step 6: When you’re done
Use the organization dashboard for ops health (volume, speed, queue). Use the subject dashboard and posts for individual review. Prefer the single abstract layout map over per-metric screenshots so the article survives UI polish.
