Adjust Post Flags

Ferretly flags posts using your report profile and flag settings. Initial AI flags need human review—by you or by a Ferretly analyst (Analyst Assistant).

You will:

  1. Open flagged posts

  2. Remove incorrect flags

  3. Change a post’s behavioral attribute

  4. Bulk-reassign flags when appropriate

Step 2: Open Posts and find work

  1. Select Posts in the left navigation (grid icon on smaller screens).

  2. Find the post(s)—filter to Flagged Posts when redressing a full subject.

Step 3: Remove a flag

### Single behavior on text or one image

Click the behavior label (bottom right of the post) to clear that flag.

### Multiple behaviors (text + media)

A + next to the behavior means more than one flag exists.

  1. Click the flag control to open the list of behaviors for that post.

  2. Click View Details to inspect media and text flags.

  3. For a flagged media item, click the white behavior box on that item to remove its flag.

### Multiple images or video frames

Open the image/video preview (click the media), then clear the behavior on each image or frame (upper right of the frame). See Adjust Video Flags.

### Feedback menu

  1. Click the post’s social media icon (top right of the card).

  2. Choose Provide Feedback on Classification.

  3. Check The post should not have been flagged.

  4. Optional: choose a different behavioral attribute if it should be reclassified.

  5. Click Submit.

Step 4: Change flag for one post

  1. Click the post’s social media icon (top right).

  2. Select Provide Feedback on Classification.

  3. In the Feedback window, choose the behavioral attribute the post should have.

  4. Click Submit.

Continue → Step 5

---

Step 5: Bulk change flags

  1. Filter to Flagged Posts.

  2. Toggle Behavior Filters on so each behavioral attribute (and keywords) appears as a drop target.

  3. Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) and click posts to select them (selected posts show a green border).

  4. Drag the selection onto the desired behavioral attribute box.

All selected posts adopt that behavioral attribute.

Step 6: What happens next

  • Flag changes save to the subject’s post data.

  • Refresh reports so PDFs and abstracts match your redress.

  • Continue other redress tasks as needed.
