Step 1: October 2026 update

Geospatial Footprint

The new map shows a subject’s profile location and, when Enable inferred post locations is on, inferred locations from posts. Open it from the map signal on the subject list. Available on Enterprise or with the Geospatial Footprint add-on.

General Settings now has optional National Criminal Database, Offender Registry, and Teacher Sanctions searches on the Global Sanctions card, separate from the international Global Sanctions watchlist. FCRA mode allows Teacher Sanctions only. Requires Enterprise or the Global Sanctions add-on.

Lookback period

Separate Sanctions view and sanctions removal

International sanctions and watchlist results now appear in their own Sanctions view on Posts instead of the Web/News view. You can remove a sanctions result the same way as a web article; removal needs a Refresh report.

Translation changes

The language control on Posts translates the text on screen without saving it or changing the report. On Flagged Posts, Save the translation for the report writes the translations into the report.

New Add Subject flow

Adding a subject now goes through Name, Address, Additional Properties, Verify Information, Profiles, and Summary. Drop a personal LinkedIn URL on the name field to fill the subject; company and school LinkedIn URLs are rejected, and a dropped resume still fills the form.

Profile Search switch

General Settings has a Profile Search switch, Enable automatic searching / AI profile search. On runs automatic AI profile search when a subject is assigned to an analyst or a check is run. Off does not.

Continuous screening frequency

You can now change the continuous screening frequency from the subject row, not only from Configure Screening. Daily requires the add-on and is hidden without it. Changing frequency does not use a credit.
