Why Redressing is Important
While Ferretly’s Artificial Intelligence capabilities do much of the work as it relates to analyzing a subject’s social media posts, a human analyst is required to properly locate social media profiles and correct any errant flagging or unrelated web and news posts for the subject. The intent of the platform is to remove the most mundane aspects and therefore most error prone by quickly retrieving and analyzing the public posts and presenting the information in a manner that is easily reviewed and corrected by a human. This is often referred to as a human-in-the-loop AI solution.
Who Performs Redressing
If you have Analyst Assistant, then a Ferretly analyst will redress the subject posts. You will only receive a background report on a subject after a Ferretly analyst has already gone over and reviewed the information.
If you do not have Analyst Assistant, then you will need to go through and perform redress tasks to ensure your reports are correct.

Use post filters in order to quickly find all flagged posts for a subject. Then, there are several ways to redress or correct flagged posts:
