Settings are saved automatically as soon as you change them.

A report profile stores the settings that control how checks run and how reports are built. You can edit a profile at any time or delete profiles you no longer need.

You will:

  1. Open Settings and select a profile

  2. Edit settings (auto-saved)

  3. Optionally delete a profile

Continue → Step 2

---

Step 2: Open Settings and select a profile

  1. Click Settings in the left navigation. On smaller screens, this may appear as a gear icon.

  2. The Settings page opens.

  3. In the top right, use the profile dropdown to select the report profile you want to manage.

Continue → Step 3

---

Step 3: Edit a report profile

  1. With the correct profile selected, open the panel you need (Social Media Platforms, Flag Settings, Keyword Settings, General Settings, or Report Settings).

  2. Make your changes.

  3. All changes save to the selected profile automatically—there is no separate Save for most controls.

Only the organization administrator can modify the organization Default profile. Other users edit profiles they created (or that are shared organization-wide by an admin).

Social Media Platforms

The Social Media Platforms panel in a report profile lets you make selections for each social network. Like other report profile settings, these per-network selections are saved on the profile. For details, see Social Media Platform Settings.

  2. Click the trashcan icon next to the profile.

  3. Confirm the deletion if prompted.
